The low season extends
from 9-jan-12 to 29-mar-12 inclusive, and
from 12-nov-12 to 21-dec-12 inclusive. |
The medium season extends
from 23-dec-11 to 08-jan-12 inclusive,
from 30-mar-12 to 14-jun-12 inclusive,
from 17-sep-12 to 11-nov-12 inclusive, and
from 21-dec-12 to 08-jan-13 inclusive. |
The high season extends
from 11-jun-11 to 11-sep-11 inclusive, and
from 15-jun-12 to 16-sep-12 inclusive. |

- The owners decline all responsibility for accidents, losses
or thefts.
- A special attention should be given to the swimming pool, which
in conformity with french law, is fitted with a homologated alarm
system.
- During the months of July and August, the minimum stay is 3
nights.
- (*) Additional bed for a child between 5 and 16 years will
be charged 18 €, and children under five are welcome free of charge.
- Breakfast is served between 8:30 and 10:00 AM.
- Keys for the bedrooms can be obtained between 17:00 and 20:00.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Little dogs can be accepted, subject to prior request, at a
cost of 5€ per day.
- Credit cards are not accepted : Payment in cash or by a cheque
drawn on a French-based bank.
- A downpayment for one or two nights, depending on the length
of stay, is required for the reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.
- One night will be charged for cancellations in the 10 days preceding
your arrival.
- Two nights will be charged for cancellations in the 3 days preceding
your arrival.
- The full stay will be charged in case of cancellation within
24 hours of your arrival.
- In case of early departure the stay is due in full.
