The low season extends
from 15-nov-10 to 17-dec-10 inclusive,
from 10-jan-11 to 31-mar-11 inclusive, and
from 14-nov-11 to 22-dec-11 inclusive.

The medium season extends
from 13-sep-10 to 14-nov-10 inclusive,
fron 18-dec-10 to 09-jan-11 inclusive,
from 01-apr-11 to 10-jun-11 inclusive,
from 12-sep-11 to 13-nov-11 inclusive, and
from 23-dec-11 to 09-jan-12 inclusive. |
The high season extends
from 18-jun-10 to 12-sep-10 inclusive, and
from 11-jun-11 to 11-sep-11 inclusive. |

- The owners decline all responsibility for accidents, losses
or thefts.
- A special attention should be given to the swimming pool, which
in conformity with french law, is fitted with a homologated alarm
system.
- During the months of July and August, the minimum stay is 3
nights.
- (*) Additional bed for a child between 5 and 16 years will
be charged 18 €, and children under five are welcome free of charge.
- Breakfast is served between 8:30 and 10:00 AM.
- Keys for the bedrooms can be obtained between 17:00 and 20:00.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Little dogs can be accepted, subject to prior request, at a
cost of 5€ per day.
- Credit cards are not accepted : Payment in cash or by a cheque
drawn on a French-based bank.
- A downpayment for one or two nights, depending on the length
of stay, is required for the reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.
- One night will be charged for cancellations in the 10 days preceding
your arrival.
- Two nights will be charged for cancellations in the 3 days preceding
your arrival.
- The full stay will be charged in case of cancellation within
24 hours of your arrival.
- In case of early departure the stay is due in full.
